Hello everyone. So it was AMAZING having FOUR DAYS in a row off, but i dont know what i'd do if i didn't work. Black Friday me n hubby got a lot of stuff... unforturnately i was sick on Thurs with a 102 fever and didnt get to camp out with him but I did feel better on Friday and went at about 5 30 am to get some movies. I ended up getting about 30... We got a 42 inch TV also which Kevin camped out to get which is a big upgrade from the 20 inch CRT we had. Now we can read the words on the screen when playing video games!! and since we have a PS3 we can watch blu ray and it is so pretty. all my movies have to be blu ray now lol... i bought beauty and the beast on bluray and it is so pretty. that is my favorite movie... next fall they are coming out with the Lion King on it. I will def be getting that... another favorite... i'm not sure why but I think i will start collecting movies and TV series. i'm off to a good start! got all 3 seasons of burn notice, love that show.

New hair & diet

Hey everyone

So I stepped on the scale yesterday and it was so depressing. Idk where this weight is coming from, I think it's the birth control but I am going to get rid of it. I have been eating healthy & everything but it still keeps coming so me & hubby are finishing off the groceries we bought Friday night and then when they are gone we are going on the Atkins diet (kinda). We're going to go into ketosis so our body uses the stores fat as energy. It'll be hard at first but at least me & him are doing it together!! Until then I will be working out a LOT. Last time I worked out hardcore I did not lose any weight. My husband doesn't care if I stay at what I am now or if I get super skinny as long as I am healthy but I was to look nice for him.

On another note, I got my hair cut!! It is a lot shorter now but I love it. I think it suits me more and plus it is a lot easier to deal with. I got some Got2Be playful pomade to keep my bangs in place but I am not sure if I like it too much even though it smells sooooo yummy. I also got some Got2Be 2Sexy Volume hairspray and it seems to work pretty well!! I would have gotten the Bedhead hair putty but it was $16 (ouch!!). I will get it next payday since I love Bedhead. On a side note I even get PetHead for my kitty, hehe. Thanks for reading!! I posted pictures of my hair below.

Feelings on friends & work....

I am not sure what to think about most people right now.... and  I am also not sure how some people can be so rude... I'll start off with work. Why are people at my job so rude if you dress nice?? It isnt everyone but certain people and why do they have to say rude comments when people are walking by? It is probably just immaturity but whatever.

Now about my friends.... I am not sure what to think right now... I love all of my friends, that's a given but as to what I think I am not so sure. I feel like a few people always have to be better than everyone else and are always fighting to be the best but who really cares? I feel like what I thought to be true isn't very true anymore and my perspective has changed on a lot.

I believe if you want to be a good Christian witness you need to show love & kindness at ALL times not just when you feel like it but I think that is forgotten and people just decide to be rude. I have a coworker who is always talking about how she goes to church and loves Jesus. I came in to work early one day to work overtime, I normally start at 9 am & I got there at 7 am. We were backed up on tasks and I could only work hers so I did some of the normal ones & closed out the easier ones to get the numbers down. She goes and complains to my sup about it. Whatever, who cares right? Well they tell me that is how it comes across when I talked to them on break & when I come back from break my coworker starts saying how I shouldnt work them when I come in early bc I am taking all the easy ones. I tell her I worked other ones not just those and she starts YELLING at me literally on the floor in front of everyone. Seriously what kind of witness is that? A pathetic one. I feel a lot like that right now. Like people are being fake. I've not only noticed it in my friends & at work but at church too. I am praying about it & it hurts me so much but all I can do is talk to God.

Introducing myself...

My About me gives a good general description but there is so much more to me. I was married to my husband, Kevin, on July 17th, 2010. We are starting to get into the groove of married life but I feel like I have been with him forever. We dated for 2.5 years before getting married because we just wanted to go ahead and be with each other. We let God work in our marriage and follow his guidance to help us grow. We are currently searching for a new church & seeing where God leads us. We have a small family, just him, my kitty Dippy, and I. I would say our cat but Kevin is still getting used to him and not very much of a cat person. We plan on having children in about 10 years so we have plenty of time for just me & him, as well as accomplish everything we want to first. We both work at a call center to pay the bills but it is by no means a career. I am currently working to go into the military, and he is as well. The Air Force is going to be our first shot but if that does not work the Army will be second. I want to get a degree in law, however I know the field is overstocked with law degree graduates at the moment so I am looking into other options.
